4 Steps to Manifest

To manifest something is to create something in your life with the power of your thinking, and there really are only four steps to it. Of course, those steps can be pretty intense. So, consider this the intro blog, and I’ll spend more time on each step in upcoming articles.

Step One: You have to be supremely, precisely, extra crystal clear about what you want. Not just “I want to go to Italy.” When do you want to go? Where EXACTLY in Italy do you want to go? How long do you want to be in each place you visit? What do you want to see in each place? What type of accommodations do you want? Better yet, at what address do you want to sleep each night?

There is a very big difference between a one hour layover in Milan and a three-week tour of the ruins of Rome; but both of them equal going to Italy. So, be clear on what you really want.

Step Two: Align your subconscious beliefs with what you want. This one is rough. No matter how great the definition, if your mind is telling you that you can’t, you will not be going to Italy.

Step Three: Do everything that needs to happen – externally and internally – to get what you want. Integrate that trip to Italy into your daily life.

Step Four: Act AS IF you already have what you want. Rather than, “I want to go to Italy,” say, “I’m going to Italy.” Be the person who is taking that trip you defined in step one.

So, four steps to manifest – create – anything in your life. Like I said, I’ll devote an extra article to each step soon.

I’m curious, what step do you see as being the hardest? Why?
